Nathan and Lanna both come from the service industry, working at cafes and restaurants back east in Philadelphia and Providence before moving to the Bay Area and Berlin, respectively. Words by Lanna; Nathan shoots on 16mm film. Brioche pulls into focus all gluten-free bakery Oshione Bakery on the edge of Kreuzberg, Berlin, through the perspective of founder Aureen Aipoh.
